Meet the Team Dr. Steve Gorman is highly known for having a keen eye for perfecting smiles. This includes selecting a dynamite team.

Patti lives in Roseville, as our Office Manager, and enjoys all that the city has to offer, especially the Roseville Oval!
Patti chose to work in dentistry when she started her first dental job through a high school program, “on the job training”. She knew immediately that this would be a long lasting career for her. She has now been in the dental office for 25+ years, and has enjoyed every second of it!

The best part of Patti’s job is that she loves meeting new patients, and getting to experience the before and after of cosmetic dentistry firsthand.

During her free time, Patti enjoys watching movies and reading.

Sarah resides in Plymouth and, as our dental hygienist, aims to build strong, trusting relationships while providing gentle, friendly care. She’s committed to helping you maintain your smile and understand that oral health plays an essential role in your overall wellbeing.
To provide you with the best available dental solutions, Sarah completed her master’s in dental hygiene and stays up-to-date with continuing education courses. She’s also co-authored a published literature review in the August 2013 issue of The Journal of Dental Hygiene.

During her free time, Sarah enjoys going to fitness classes and attending her children’s sporting events. A fun fact? She made the National Dean’s list and was a member of Phi Sigma Theta National Honor Society while attending The University of Minnesota.

Cassandra lives in Lino Lakes, MN, and loves helping our patients improve confidence and health by transforming their smiles. She chose to pursue the dental field because of the ability to build ongoing relationships and the exciting variety of different procedures we complete every day.
Outside of work, Cassandra enjoys spending time with her children at sporting events and outdoor activities, and she’s passionate about fitness and her daily peloton rides to group fitness classes.

She’s also a mentor for women going through the long-term program at Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge Addiction Recovery Center, and her favorite quote is, “Trust in the Lord with your heart, lean not to your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your path.”

Robert is a licensed dental assistant from White Bear Lake who brings positivity, teamwork, and precision to every patient visit. Known for his calm, reliable presence, he ensures patients feel comfortable and supported. Outside the office, he coaches goaltenders for the White Bear Lake High School hockey program, mentoring young athletes and sharing his lifelong love for the game. A former goalie who competed in Canada, Robert aims to build a career in dental sales, combining clinical skill with strong communication and leadership.
